Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to know your rights and our responsibilities.

General Policy

We do not offer refunds or returns for items that were purchased with the correct information including size, color, and shipping address as provided by the customer during checkout.

All sales are final unless the item meets one of the following conditions:

The item is damaged upon arrival.

You received the wrong item (wrong size, color, or design not matching your order).

Your package is lost in transit (as confirmed by the shipping carrier).

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with any issues, please contact us within 5 days of delivery through our Contact Form with the following information:

Full Name

Order Number

Photos of the item(s) and packaging

Description of the issue

Once verified, we will offer a replacement at no extra cost or provide a refund (at our discretion).

Lost Packages

Note: We are not responsible and may not be held liable for packages lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Order Rejection & Payment Refunds

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our discretion.This may occur if:

The item ordered becomes unavailable at the time of verification.

There is a suspected fraudulent or sneaky activity related to the transaction.

The order triggers any of our security checks during processing.

If an order is canceled on our end, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.


Cancellations & Changes

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After this window, we begin processing immediately and cannot guarantee changes.

 

Final Sale Items

Sale items, promotional items, or limited-edition drops are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Custom or personalized products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

 

Sizing & Fit

Please refer to our size guide before placing your order. We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to sizing issues unless there was a clear error on our part.

 

Duties & Customs


International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes once your shipment reaches your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid by the recipient. We do not control these costs and cannot predict what they may be.


By placing an order, you agree that any customs fees, duties, or taxes are your responsibility.

If you choose to refuse delivery due to these charges, the shipping fees and any return costs will still apply and will be deducted from your refund.

Dispute Policy

If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened without first contacting us, we reserve the right to ban the customer from future purchases and dispute the claim with supporting evidence.

 

 

Fraud Protection

To protect our customers and our business, all orders are subject to verification. We may cancel orders flagged for suspicious activity or if payment details cannot be verified. Refunds will be issued only upon confirmation.
